We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals. The first step is to fill out the form below. There is no obligation, but it will give us an idea of the scope and objectives of the mural project. We’ll identify the location and dimensions of the mural and gather any relevant information such as theme, style, and any specific requirements from the client.

You will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, project timeline, budget, and any other terms. The standard timeline from the contract and design to installation is 4-8 weeks.
A 50% deposit and contract are required to move forward to the next step. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

We will brainstorm and generate creative concepts for the mural based on the client’s brief and/or brand style guide. We’ll present the design to the client through sketches, digital mock-ups, or mood boards for their review and approval. After some timely and honest feedback from the client, we’ll refine and finalize the design concept until it aligns with their vision.
Email is the preferred communication method. We'll hop on a video call when screen-sharing is necessary for complex feedback.

Time to paint, but first we will prepare the mural site by cleaning and priming the surface to ensure proper adhesion of paint, followed by setting up any necessary scaffolding, access equipment, or safety measures to facilitate the painting process. We make sure to continuously communicate with the client to provide any updates on the mural's progress and address any questions or concerns and ensure the mural is completed within the established timeline.

Success, we’ve completed the mural! We’ll conduct a final inspection of the mural to ensure quality and address any last-minute touch-ups. We will share the success of the project through social media, your website, or other promotional channels, giving credit to the client's involvement.
